- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound processes.
- Coordinate with clients to manage order processing, inventory levels, and service requirements.
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rate.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support system implementation, updates, and troubleshooting (e.g., WMS, TMS).
- Liaise with transport providers for timely dispatch and delivery coordination.
- Analyze operational data and provide reports to management with actionable insights.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise and guide junior staff or contract workers when required.
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contract logistics, 3PL operations, or warehouse management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and warehouse best practices
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and MS Office application
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in logistics operations.
