Position Description Summary:
Responsible forshipment scheduling, dispatching, planning, tracking, and tracing. Coordinatefreight claims, provide rate quotes, rate analysis, monitor carrier qualitystandards, and provide customer service.
Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):
• Create scheduling and shipmentplanning
• Interface with Transportationorganization and analysts
• Prepare rate proposals forcustomers
• Determine most appropriatecarriers based on company policy
• Ascertain delivery requirementsbased on company policy

Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel):
This is a coordinator position.
- Good interpersonal skills required.
- High schooldiploma or equivalent required.
- Generally prefer 3-6 years of experience.
