To check, verify, and execute the customer's 2-hourly pull request without fail.
To validate inventory availability to fulfil pull request
To notify Customer if any part quantity needs to be reviewed and amended
To notify Customer on shipment discrepancy via mail and follow up by phone call, if any subsequent follow-up
To respond to customer or related parties’ E-Mail promptly
To monitor Startbuy request on hourly basis and arrange for picking and trucking
To monitor and arrange Hub to Hub transfer request
To send conceal damage report to suppliers

Diploma or higher qualification
Certification in Communication Skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English
Computer literate (MS Office)
Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is preferred
