Your tasks
This role is responsible to ensure all quality inventory standards are implemented and maintained across all regional sites in line with the company quality program. Tasks & Responsibilities: *Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of all key functions related to inventory control in line with the regional quality program. *Monitor customer cycle counting programs, including the design and implementation of regional reporting. *Analyze inventory trends to determine root cause and ensure corrective action and processes are put in place. *Maintain records for inventory accuracy trends, inventory reconciliation and inventory audits across all sites within the region. *Introduce monthly reporting on site / customers inventory KPIS. *Design and deliver training on Inventory management best practice. *Engage with Global community to ensure industry best practice is maintained within the region.
Requirements
Details/Specification/Explanation of the role specific skills: This is a management position. Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required. Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, demonstrate excellent communication skills, including report writing and speaking effectively to company personnel, outside companies, and government agencies to successfully achieve objectives. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Generally, prefer 5-7 years of experience in technical knowledge and Inventory management field. 1-3 years managerial/supervisory experience. Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. We are an equal opportunity employer.
