Job Scope
- To perform machine setup, installation, testing, troubleshooting and component replacement.
- Attend and carry out Fault Finding, Diagnosis and Recovery of systems breakdowns, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
- Follow Preventive Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records as applicable
- Provide support for Operation team for general warehouse functions including material handling, shipping & receiving, packaging, cycle counts & inventory checks, where necessary
- Any other tasks as assigned by management
Specific Accountabilities
- Perform installation and repair of machines
- Work with engineers on outstanding repairs and maintenances
- Provide logistics support to operations
- Minimum Nitec
- Basic Computer knowledge, software/hardware troubleshooting
- Must be able to read, write in English
- Mechanical background is required
- Minimum 1 - 2 years work related experience
