Job Scope

To perform machine setup, installation, testing, troubleshooting and component replacement.
Attend and carry out Fault Finding, Diagnosis and Recovery of systems breakdowns, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
Follow Preventive Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records as applicable
Provide support for Operation team for general warehouse functions including material handling, shipping & receiving, packaging, cycle counts & inventory checks, where necessary
Any other tasks as assigned by management

Specific Accountabilities

Perform installation and repair of machines
Work with engineers on outstanding repairs and maintenances
Provide logistics support to operations

Minimum Nitec
Basic Computer knowledge, software/hardware troubleshooting
Must be able to read, write in English
Mechanical background is required
Minimum 1 - 2 years work related experience
