Your tasks
* Provide timely response to customer's queries or requests on daily operations
* Provide proper solutions to customer if any urgent case happen
* Trouble shooting
* Daily and monthly documentation filling
* Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting as required
* Billing and Payment collection and follow up
* KPI Measurement, reporting, analysis and continuous improvement
* Attendance of review meeting with Customer/ plant, Carrier, customers' suppliers and relevant if required
* Perform any special duties or projects assigned by Management.
Requirements
n College degree or above
n Good command of English, spoken and written
n Telephone skills
n Conflict resolution and emergency handling skills
n Technical Skills (Telephone and Order Booking systems preferable)
n Communication skills - spoken and written
n Negotiation and interpersonal skills
n Proficient in using PC software (MS Windows)
n 4 years of experience in a related capacity for an international freight forwarding company
n Experience in quality management system such as ISO and COPC-2000 (preferred)
n Knowledge of International Trade and relevant laws, regulations, policies and procedures
