Specific Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing, reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and initiate background check screening.
- Managing and reacting efficiently to high volume recruitment.
- Proper utilization of different sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking System.
- Plans, coordinates, and strategize with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and team members.
- Create and update weekly and monthly reports and/or as needed.
- Assess and recommend value adding process to improve efficiency.
- Provides support to other associates when necessary.
Primary Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- With at least 1 year of relevant recruitment experience in shared service set-up.
- Experience in full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-pace, high volume environment.
- With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to organize and prioritize responsibilities.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge required (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Amenable to work Mondays – Fridays.
- Knowledgeable in Boolean search.
- Experience in using Avature or other ATS.
