    • Coordinates pricing collections from Schenker stations and Regional Pricing Management as part of the Spot Tender Management Process.
    • Works closely with Product Management, Trade Management, Country Pricing, Key Account Management and Vertical Management Heads on the pricing aspect of the Spot Request
    • Conducts quality, logical, sanity and plausibility check of the submissions received from different Schenker Stations.
    • Ensures timely submission of Spot Request with top quality to Sales or Customer. 
    • Prepare and maintain regular reports required by the Stakeholder.
    • Create and maintain documentation related to Spot Quote standards and guidelines.
    • Adhere to the SOP and KPI as set by the Management in handling Spot Request.
    • Establish a proactive and harmonious communication among customers in the respective region or country of assignment.
    • Initiate team projects and continuous process improvement.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the spot quote team.
    • Provide more support as needed by the Stakeholder.
    • Must have a bachelor’s degree in logistics /supply chain and any related field.
    • Preferably 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
    • Should have logistics/supply chain background.
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Logical and with high common sense
    • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
    • Meticulous, numbers driven, focused and structured working style, efficient and excellent time management skills.
    • Can work effectively under pressure.
    • Good and positive attitude
    • Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
    • Proficient in English and Mandarin language.
