Inside Sales Ocean

At Schenker Guatemala we are looking for an Inside Sales to be part of our Ocean team, for our office in Guatemala, who will be responsible for maintain and develop the client portfolio using different methods, so as to have an effective communication with the client.

What will be your challenges?

• Preparation of the assigned client portfolio.
• Sending quotes to clients.
• Support of Sales Department programs and monitoring for marketing material.
• Use intranet resources to obtain rates (RCM).
• Control of the budgets of the quotes prepared.

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

• 3-5 years of experience in service sales.
• Knowledge and experience in maritime, land and air international import and export cargo.
• Verifiable experience in CRM systems.
• Knowledge of quotes and volumes, and international regulations for freight traffic.
• Geographic knowledge of main international ports and airports, incoterms, customs clearance and logistics processes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the customers and negotiation skills.

Competences:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Commercial profile with sales drive.
• Solution oriented.
• Fluent English (oral & written).
