•Coach and challenge clusters in identifying, prioritizing, and specifying IT related demands to ensure high quality of business specifications.
•Closely work with global and other regions to align and prioritize demands and manage the regional ocean demand pipeline.
•Organize and ensure execution of UAT across clusters in region with P&S organization under co-ordination of Global Ocean Production Systems.
•Work with global and liaise with other regions to advise and support development and maintenance of target blueprints and roadmaps.
•Facilitate business requirements definition for local interfaces with customers, suppliers, and other external partners.
•Define and align deployment schedules with clusters in the region and with the Global Production Systems team.
•Provides business support for escalated cases requiring in-depth functional knowledge in close collaboration with the Regional Training & Support function.
•Ensure and improve master data setups across all systems in collaboration with global MDM and cluster P&S organizations.
•Implement process improvements with a focus on automation and digitization, and derive/ implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and automation solutions in close collaboration with IT.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on business analysis and the identification of underlying business requirements, implications, and constraints.
• Strong communication and negotiations skills including track record of presenting to large groups and management groups at board meetings or at conferences.
• Innovative curiosity, passion for problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• A minimum 5-year track record in a business analyst, functional requirement analysis and/or technical development role.
• Experience in conducting user acceptance tests.
• Familiarity with RPA-, LLM- and/or other automation technologies. Experience with Kofax and GPT is preferable.
• Master’s degree in related technical / business areas or equivalent work experience
