- With the current pandemic situation, an interview in a virtual mode will require you to be active and enthusiastic.

Your interview experience will be in rounds, depending on the job role type. It will be a combination of in-person, phone, and video. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, for now, we will meet you virtually. Our workplace technologies are well equipped to help us connect with you and complete the process safely.

We may also ask you to complete an online assessment. The structure of the assessment will depend on the role you have applied. Our recruitment team will provide you with the guidance test format and its completion.

The entire application, from initial contact, will take up to two - three weeks.

If you complete the interview process successfully, we’ll share with you a formal offer through an email from the HR team. Once you accept and confirm our offer, we welcome the questions you might have. With this, we are glad to have you on board.
