- Applicant must have a career break of 12 to 36 months
- Applicant must have a minimum experience of 3 years or more and must be an immediate joiner
- Post joining candidate will be under probation period for 6 months to understand culture, reskill & upskill with technology and processes

Interested applicants must have a minimum experience of 3 years or more to apply for the opportunities under the program. - I have less than 3 years of work experience, can I apply?
Applicants must have a minimum experience of 3 years because when you are onboard with us, along with job shadowing you will be working on pivotal projects which will need prior working experience.

Post Joining candidate will be under probation period for 6 months to understand the technology and get hands-on experience. - Under the UDAAN program engagement will I be eligible for performance appraisal?
The new joiner will be eligible for all the performance management processes as per the company policies for employees. - After completing the probation period, will I be entitled to join the company as a full-time employee?
Based on your performance and feedback from the managers and partners, the further employment process will be completed by the HR team. - Is the TSC India – ‘UDAAN’ program seasonal or a full-time program?
The TSC India – ‘UDAAN’ program is the year program and intends to offer full-time roles to all the eligible interested applicants.
