    Location: Santry, Dublin

    Mon-Fri 9:00-17:30


    Are you an experienced customer service professional with a passion for logistics and freight operations? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Road Freight Team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the end-to-end shipping process while delivering exceptional service to our clients.


    What will you be doing?


    • Oversee shipments from booking to financial settlement, managing both import and export operations.
    • Handle international shipping logistics, working with customs agents, carriers, and suppliers.
    • Coordinate transportation arrangements and negotiate rates with freight companies.
    • Provide expert customer service, understanding client needs and ensuring smooth shipping processes.
    • Build strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Monitor shipments, track performance, and resolve issues such as delays or damaged goods.
    • Ensure compliance with customs, regulatory standards, and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate records and manage shipping documentation for customs clearance.
    • Identify opportunities for service improvements and cost efficiencies.
    • Assist with quotations, tender requests, and financial reconciliations.


    About You


    • Previous experience in customer service, freight, transport, or logistics.
    • Strong knowledge of customs procedures and regulations.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and IT systems.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • A proactive mindset and ability to adapt to change.
