    Join our team as an Accounts Administrator!


    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure all accounts transactions are accurately processed on customer files, maintaining a correct profit/loss per file in a timely and efficient manner. You'll collaborate closely with the operations team to address queries and stay updated on file activities that could impact profit and loss.


    Location: Ballycoolin

    Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30 

    Working: Hybrid



    What Will You Be Doing?


    • Invoicing customer as per the ratecard.
    • Working with AP team to ensure all queries are being answered and cleared in a timely manner
    • Ensure all accruals are updated and correctly estimated.
    • Querying and follow up on any billing/cost issues
    • Ensuring accurate GP declaration on a daily/weekly and monthly basis
    • Auditing files to ensure they have been invoiced and costed correctly
    • Following up with overseas offices on incorrectly rated invoices
    • Analysis of accuracy issues within GP reporting, explaining any prior under or over declarations, working to eliminate these issues where possible.


    About You


    •    Advanced Excel skills, with some knowledge of queries

    •    Collaborative team member ideally with an accounts admin background

    •    Strong interpersonal abilities, ideally with experience in freight forwarding beneficial.

    •    Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with an accounting qualification being advantageous.

    •    Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
