Ocean Export Specialist

• Responsible for shipment processing regarding system entry, documentation, and carrier payments.
• Follow up on shipment departure and maintain a record of all communications in files.
• Follow up customs clearance process with brokers & customers and update related reports.
• Overview and coordinate the daily responsibilities of customer management.
• Manage client service requirements and expectations.
• Communicate with other departments to facilitate the process of the shipments.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and meet required KPIs.
• Resolve shipments related problems.
• Review files for monthly closing.

• Graduate of any field.
• Preferably has experience in the same field.
• Effective and professional communication skills (both in the English and local language).
