The customer benefited from 47% lower rates ex-DPS into Australia compared to direct routings from origin. 

We are proud to have a strong presence at Denpasar airport, where we work effectively together with the ground handler, airlines, and customs. These strong relationships help us to provide excellent service. For example, we usually only need two hours for customs clearance for export cargo ex-DPS Bali, instead of eight hours.  Overall, this allow us to shorten the connecting time to only eight hours on the same day for inbound flights arriving before 2 PM.

The DPS Super Hub is a perfect solution for sensitive cargo. We provide tail to tail transfer at the hub. The cargo remains intact without being split into smaller units. Consequently, there is less risk of valuable items getting lost or stolen.
