    •    Greet, assist, and direct visitors (candidates, students, suppliers etc.)

    •    Part of the team responsible for planning and coordination of corporate events and meetings.

    •    Take adequate messages when required.

    •    Receive and deliver the mail.

    •    Provide information to callers.

    •    Provide general administrative and clerical support.

    •    Prepare correspondence and documents.

    •    Schedule appointments

    •    Register the internal/external correspondence and documents.

    •    Provide office supplies (Stationery& Kitchen supplies) for staff and maintain adequate stocks. 

    •    Contribute to team-wide communications and knowledge management.

    •    Performs other duties corelated with the activity as assigned by the direct manager. 


    •    Experience of working in a multicultural environment

    •    Ability to work at a high standard (and while under pressure)

    •    Business-like appearance

    •    Excellent verbal communication skills with a good telephone manner

    •    Good written skills

    •    Good interpersonal skills

    •    Good knowledge of MS Office package

    •    Computer literate, with keyboard skills and experience of word-processing, combined with the ability to acquire other skills as necessary.

    •    Self-motivation, quick learning, and creative thinking

    •    Very good English language skills
