Responsibilities:
Check and correct incoming orders;
Validate and capture e-mail/fax orders in TMS.
Adapt orders in TMS based on shipper changes.
Capture pickup orders;
Archive documents/waybills digitally after data capture.
Check and register incoming invoices, including subcontractors.
Manage incoming PODs from RB carriers.
Monitor shipments via T&T and inform contacts.
Issue customer reports.
Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Availability to travel for training and business reviews.
Good presentation and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a customer/service-driven environment.
Proactive attitude and initiative for continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic knowledge of logistics and internal TMSs.
