    The Inventory Coordinator will support the inventory alignment and pick line integrity for the operation. The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for the maintenance of inventory set up and item accuracy.


    Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.  It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations):

    • Physically moving pallets out of bulk and pick case locations 
    • Assigning items to pick or bulk locations in AS400 
    • Verify weights/ measurements/ pallet configuration information on materials with discrepancies 
    • Maintain tracking records for materials with pallet configuration issues
    • Maintaining Item accuracy in AS400
    • Conduct cycle counts as required
    • Inventory support for Client system SAP
    • Back up support for Inventory Control Supervisor, including QA Client support
    • Identifying and maintaining damages and returns
    • Other duties as assigned
    • MHE certified 
    • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS office, specifically excel
    • Excellent communication skills, written/verbal
    • Excellent accuracy and organization skills complimented by the ability to multi-task and prioritize
    • Work effectively as a team player as well as individually
    • Strong focus on continuous improvement 
    • Excellent knowledge of overall warehousing process
