    • Drive initiatives and focus’ include (but are not limited to): Operations Standards across Health and safety, 5S and visual Management, Performance Management, Process Management, Business Continuity and Continuous Improvement.
    • Design and deliver effective training for LEAN tools and methods including 5S, A3 Problem Solving (PDCA/ DMAIC), Value Stream Mapping, and basic Lean introduction.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert and lead CI workshops on business processes (CL/ Warehousing), Inventory Slotting projects (ABC Analysis), A3 Problem Solving and Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and 8D Problem Solving.
    • Lead and implement operational improvement initiatives focused on enhancing productivity, identifying, and eliminating waste at the operational level.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring follow-up on ongoing initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with the Operations team. Actively support Lean activities and CI initiatives.
    • Provide strategic guidance on site CI project submissions and advise on Lean tools and strategies to address operational challenges.
    • Maintain a systematic training and coaching approach to support resources achieve higher skills, capabilities, competencies and expertise within suitable and achievable timeframes.
    • Develop and implement key metrics and initiatives to monitor and reduce non-added value tasks and deviations from standard processes. Track performance metrics and measurements related to the CI/OE Scorecard and KPIs.
    • Manage all aspects of complex Continuous Improvement projects from identification of improvement areas, execution of problem solving, prioritizing solutions, testing, hand-over, tracking & reporting out benefits.
    • University or Polytechnic graduate in Logistics and Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or from a relevant technical field.
    • At least 8 years CI experience in logistics/3PL, with Lean expertise in warehouse/shop floor environment and digitalization knowledge.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience running complex Logistics Operations, 3PL and supply chain industry in a leadership capacity, including P&L accountability. 
    • LEAN Six Sigma certification (minimally Green or Black Belt) and Project Management (PMP Certified). 
    • Advance proficiency in LEAN methodologies and tools (e.g. 5S, A3, PDCA, Value Steam Mapping, Ishikawa Diagram, FMEA, Root cause analysis etc )
    • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, Power Apps etc)
    • Excellent facilitation, moderation, and training skills; possess strong persuasive skills when presenting proposed solutions to stakeholders. 
    • Self-starter with a positive attitude to overcome problems effectively and able to work under their initiative with minimal supervision.
    • Willing to travel interstate &/or overseas on projects as required for agreed durations.
