- Handling all aspects of operations with exceptional customer service at the forefront.
- Monitoring and promptly responding to emails, ensuring timely action.
- Coordinating collection and delivery with vendors, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Utilising our internal Procars system to generate shipping documentation.
- Preparing export processes using Sequoia/CDS entries, adhering to UK HMRC regulations.
- Exploring alternative solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Offering operational support to the Aerospace Team, contributing to their success.
About You

- Previous experience in an AOG environment is desirable.
- Previous experience in imports & exports.
- The ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to adapt quickly to evolving environments and embrace continuous learning
