Senior Supervisor - Contract Logistics/SCM, Operations

•  Oversee the daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity   
•  Lead and supervise a team of 40 store assistants and storekeepers to meet departmental goals and KPIs  
•  Maintain 100% inventory accuracy at all times  
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations within operation team.  
• Conduct regular toolbox meetings with the operations team  

• Good Knowledge of WMS, SAP or any other related warehouse application systems  
• Good Leadership Capabilities  
• Good Planning Skillsets  
• Manpower & Resource Management Skills  
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics and Warehouse operations
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience  
• Certificate/Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or other certifications in a similar discipline
