Engineering: Responsible for managing and developing solution reengineering for existing customers including nominated projects/tasks from operations and contract renewals via scheduling plan.
Renewals: Follow the schedule to plan and engage the reviews of existing operations to lead process and/or storage reengineering/improvements of Contract Renewals. Deploy detailed Engineering project when necessary.
Automation: Assess the feasibility of utilizing and expanding the use of Automation, Robotics, and Technologies on applicable process or setup to improve productivity on the operations activities, but not limited to Inbound, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Outbound and VAS. Work on the projects screening and apply strategic imperatives to drive innovation & automation in key operations. Assess the feasibility of applying automation / robotization in customer projects (new and existing businesses)
New Business: Support in new business/growth opportunities requiring Automation via technology check

Degree in relevant discipline
Minimum 10 years of related experience
