    • Lead & Support GPIS business development efforts in Europe to ensure profitable growth of our business, customer satisfaction, and customer relations and retention.
    • Responsible for creating new business through contact with prospective customers in assigned markets & industry verticals – mainly Renewable Offshore market
    • Responsible for selling new services to new and existing customers.
    • Provide regular - weekly & monthly updates into CRM (Sales Cloud) of all activities, data, research and market intelligence to regional management highlighting business performance, competitive landscape.
    • Presentations to our customers, Technical & Commercial Bid Proposals and support the implementation process. 
    • Review customer Tender requirements and ensure a timely completion of complex TECHNICAL & COMMERCIAL multimodal transport solution bid responses. 
    • Creating and adding to existing marketing materials.
    • Work closely with other stakeholders through regular meetings to ensure customer & contractual needs and expectations are communicated to achieve positive results.
    • Proactively engage with the Project Operations Team to ensure all contractual requirements are well understood and ensure smooth on-boarding and execution of the contractual requirements.
    • Take ownership of the assigned customer development including Tender / RFQ and ad-hoc business. 
    • Alignment with internal stakeholders and external parties (such as Sales & Vertical Market teams, Product & Tender Management teams within DBS organization, Compliance, Risk & Finance departments, 3rd party transport providers, heavy haulage & lift companies, vessel operators and other subcontractors etc.) to complete the bid within the given time frame. 

    • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience in multi-disciplinary Project Logistics and business development. 
    • Renewable Energy & Offshore Industry Experience preferred
    • International work experience will be a PLUS
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering preferred 
    • Knowledge in major freight forwarding/shipping disciplines, e.g., air, sea, Land & Heavy Lift Surface transport and with Industrial CAPEX & EPC Projects
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Self-managing, Target Oriented and Pro-active 
    • Proven experience in leading account management & teams.
