    Are you an operational delivery Project Manager experienced in Freight forwarding, specifically in Hotel Logistics? Are you seeking an opportunity to join a global brand during an exciting transformational phase? We have an opening for a talented Project Manager to join our Hotel, Fairs and Events Logistics team.

    As a Project Manager, reporting to the Head of Hotel Logistics, you will have end-to-end accountability for managing domestic and overseas projects. This includes supporting tenders and RFQs, defining solutions, network leads, key account management, as well as providing support for fairs and events.

    What you will be doing?

    • Project Management: Define project scope, timelines, and organisation for Hotel projects, ensuring profitability and operational improvements.
    • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate collaboration and smooth project execution.
    • Coordination: Manage onsite logistics requirements, including MHE, storage, and transportation (Air, Land, Sea) for domestic and international projects.
    • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and account management to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Tender Management: Support RFQ and Tender requests, contributing to competitive proposals.
    • Reporting: Generate project, stock, and progress reports, as well as issue programs and schedules.
    • Financial Management: Handle COD Accounts, supplier invoices, customer invoicing, and financial reporting.
    • Customs Management: Manage import and export procedures, including ATA Carnet, T1/T2 documents, and customs formalities.

    Requirements

    About You

    Experience in leading logistics projects, focused on hotel logistics experience

    Strong knowledge of onsite event expectations and operational requirements.

    Proficient in project management techniques and software, including project scheduling.

    Excellent interpersonal skills for effective relationship building at all levels.

    Meticulous, detail-oriented, and skilled in breaking down processes.

    Results-driven with the ability to prioritise, delegate, and manage multiple tasks.
