    Your tasks

    Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): * Coordinates and works closely with capacity management and peers on daily field activities. * Plans all aspects of operations in order to achieve the highest level of service at the lowest cost. * Directs and implements all aspects of the operating plan for responsible SC facilities. * Evaluates and measures actual cost results to plan and recommends changes as needed to accomplish goals and objectives. * Discusses, develops, and implements alternatives to improve service to the customer. * Ensures a safe / secure working environment at each facility through consistent practice of safety programs and procedures. * Assist in selection and training of operations staff. * Establishes and maintains positive employee relations and excellent internal communication. * Compliance to operations standards and procedures. * Establish accountabilities and processes to ensure required levels of productivity and organizational objectives.

    Requirements

    Essential Functions: * Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests. Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel): * This is a director level position. * Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and strategic skills required. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. * Generally prefer 6 years of operations and related management experience.
