    Your tasks

    The position

    • Act as the first point of contact
    • Administrative handling of the order process for incoming and outgoing goods
    • Proactively thinking along with the customer, ensuring an adequate and customer-oriented handling of complaints and solving any problems as quickly and effectively as possible
    • Independently perform various administrative activities
    • Checking and ensuring the follow-up of customs documents, invoices, etc.
    • Actively thinking about improvements in the process and service and implementing improvement actions
    • You ensure that your customer is and remains satisfied with the service provided

    Requirements

    We ask

    • Relevant logistics expertise obtained through training and/or experience within logistics
    • Experience in a customer service role (B2B) where you were responsible for either a big or challenging customer
    • You are proficient with the Microsoft Office package
    • You master the English and Mandarin language verbally and in writing. Dutch language is a pre.
    • Competences that are important for this position: customer-oriented, communicative, solution-oriented, proactive, stress-resistant and flexible in tasks and hours
