    Your tasks

    We are looking for you as a Project Manager Employment Conditions & Working Culture (m/f/d) for our Head Office in Essen.
    Your tasks:
    • You strategically design and roll-out initiatives to drive culture change within DB Schenker
    • You are responsible for leading our global projects to continuously improve and adjust employment conditions and positioning DB Schenker as an employer who genuinely cares for our employee's wellbeing
    • You design, plan and orchestrate global Leadership & Talent Development Solutions to support leaders across hierarchy levels in managing the change
    • Therefore you manage projects to further drive DB Schenker's ambition to be best-class in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
    • You support large change & culture initiatives within global P&O

    Requirements

    Your profile:
    • You bring several years of operational and/or strategic HR experience, ideally in People Development and/or Change Management
    • You have proven experience in working and leading global projects, ideally within P&O
    • You are a innovative and creative thinker and solution provider with project and change management experience to meet customers and future needs
    • You have a strong customer focus and business acumen, paired with a proven track record in developing and implementing end-to-end solutions within and outside of HR
    • You have excellent strategic and analytical skills, the ability to flexibly adjust to new circumstanes and are a excellent communicator and collaborator
