Maintain all the P&O reports (Recruitment, Time Keeping, Compensation & Benefits, Training, Labor Relations)
Help design, execute, and measure the effectiveness of the P&O programs which include identifying issues, forming hypotheses, synthesizing conclusion into recommendations.
Take recommendations for specific changes and/or general adjustments.
Help manage and implement the Company mandated variable incentive programs (both-long - term and short-term)
Participate in and manage appropriate third-party salary surveys to ensure appropriate assessment of the relevant salary market to assure that compensation objectives are achieved.
Assist in viewing current benefit programs in specific countries and recommend changes and improvements for compliance and competitiveness.
Implement new benefit programs and manage existing benefit plans with the aim of optimizing cost effectiveness.
Lead the documentation and regular review / updating of policies and procedures relating to Compensation and benefits.
Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives and influence the stakeholders to take action on those findings.
Attends to tickets/cases within the required SLA
Participate in center activities and engagement
Perform other related task as needed.
College degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or any related courses.
Experience in handling HR data and reporting
More than 3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or other HR functions
Well versed in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), knowledge in Macros is an advantage.
With excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly build relationship with different people and can easily adapt with different personalities.
With deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, and trends
Experience in HRIS, but willing to manual work.
Prove ability to multi-task and manage multiple subjects.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff.
Strong and strategic business understanding and an excellent ability to understand and manage complex situations in a fast-paced environment
