Your tasks
* Provide administrative support to various Project Managers
* Analyze and prepare demands for decision making process
* Transfer solutions into reality in close collaboration with involved internal stakeholders
* Provide vital input into the assessment and implementation of provided services
* Organise meetings and workshops
Requirements
* Self-initiative, detailed-oriented and well organised
* Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment
* Team player with very good communication skills
* Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science or related disciplines
* Strong business and system acumen; good understanding on project and application life cycle
* Strong internal customer orientation
* Fluent Business English (written and spoken)
* Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio, etc.)
* Knowledge about project management methodologies will be an advantage
