- Has good oral and written communication skills and must be able to communicate/collaborate virtually and in person with internal teams.
- Has excellent presentation and layout skills.
- Is adaptable, flexible and enjoys working in a team environment.
- Shows ownership and initiative.
- Displays enthusiasm to support the team whenever/wherever necessary – sometimes above normal work hours and listed tasks as well as under time pressure.
- Has prior experience in an advertising agency, within new business / business development is a bonus.
- Experience in website management is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge in editing platforms such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, GIMP, and others.
- Experience in creating QBR and MBR presentations based on given reports is a plus.
- Experience in lay outing PowerPoint presentations is a plus.
