- Works with team members and manages daily operation from order receiving, track & trace, till POD signed.
- Interfaces with customer to ensure the quality service & performance delivered.
- Manages the service providers and partnership in China domestic transportation with regard to road, air, rail or water transportation.
- Organizes and conducts regular KPI reviews for service providers on monthly basis
- Evaluates the performance result together with vendor management team.
- Implements & executes new operations
- Manages the operation team interpersonally.
1.Bachelor degree in logistics/SCM, operations management, engineering, business management or similar preferred
2.5-8 years hands on experience on transportation operation or related
3.Fair understanding of laws and regulations, China transportation infrastructure and China transportation market.
4.Team spirit, and good execution capability and negotiation skill
5.Good MS office in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
6.Fluent in Chinese and English
