Your tasks:
- You streamline our finance processes and ensure a good structure and process in our controlling division
- You lead our controlling division and take on leadership tasks
- You will oversee the financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and contribute to process improvement
- You work closely with colleagues in our operations and Administration and continuously improve the financial handling processes
- You are coordinating the month-end closing in collaboration with different stakeholders of the Business Unit Air NL
- You are a sparring partner for management
- You manage and monitor cost control and operational accounting
- You analyze the financial result against the established Budget and draw up plans to improve the financial result and monitor progress
- You develop and prepare periodic reports on operational volumes and activities, performance, KPIs and quality and you actively come up with proposals for improvement
Your profile:
- You have completed a university education in the direction of business economics/accountancy or similar
- You have proven experience as a (junior) operational controller, preferably within logistics or transport industry
- You have first experience in leading a team
- You have a great sense of responsibility, integrity and you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language both in word and writing
