Are you an experienced compliance professional ready to implement global frameworks and drive privacy initiatives?
As the Compliance & Privacy Officer at DB Schenker, you'll oversee and ensure adherence to Global compliance and privacy frameworks across ANZ.
About the Role:
You'll take the lead in implementing and managing our compliance framework across Australia and New Zealand. You'll work closely with local, regional, and global teams to ensure our practices align with internal policies and external legal requirements. As the Privacy Officer, you'll also manage our data protection initiatives, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and fostering a culture of data security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Roll out the global Compliance Management System across the ANZ businesses
- Support the Data Protection Officer in managing privacy programs and compliance
- Lead risk management efforts focusing on compliance, data protection, and privacy
- Drive investigations, manage the whistleblower policies, and report findings to management
- Conduct internal reviews and support audits to ensure compliance
- Partner with subject matter experts (incl. Finance, Legal & HR) to deliver compliance and privacy training programs
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years experience in a compliance or privacy related role within a multinational organisation
- Proven track record in implementing and managing compliance frameworks
- Strong understanding of Australian privacy legislation and data protection laws
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement, influencing and project management skills
- Attention to detail with strong report-writing abilities

Requerimientos
What We're Looking For:
5+ years experience in a compliance or privacy related role within a multinational organisation
Proven track record in implementing and managing compliance frameworks
Strong understanding of Australian privacy legislation and data protection laws
Highly developed stakeholder engagement, influencing and project management skills
Attention to detail with strong report-writing abilities
