Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): * Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills in proposal and implementation decisions with substantial fiscal impact to company * Identify and coordinate the development of sales support tools and solutions to improve quality and productivity within global sales organization * Identify and evaluate account implementation performance and recommend improvements to increase quality and reduce quality-related defects * Drive accountability and accuracy as per the Global and Local Implementation Procedures * Oversee the coordination and facilitation of the implementation process and ensure compliance or revisions to original plans. Coordinate with internal and external departmental resources to ensure zero defects * Evaluate implementation processes and identify global implementation plan by performing strategic analysis of key business initiatives * Ensure business and financial interests are protected through the thorough examination of proposals, implementations and contracts * Participate in contract review committee meetings * Evaluate implementation results against company breakage reports; audit and research breakage issues * Assist in the measured improvement of inter-company breakage reports and AR DSO trends * Assist in process standardization of Customer Standard Operating Procedures and Customer Requirements Documents * Educate, train and empower subordinates through internal and external initiatives * Develop and recommend process improvement initiatives to Sr. Management
Requerimientos
Essential Functions: * Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests. Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel): * This is a management position. * Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. * Generally prefer 2-4 years of related supervisory or management experience.
