Business Support Analyst
Location: Nuneaton/Hybrid.
Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience
Are you passionate about data and looking to develop your skills in a dynamic environment? Join our Road Freight team as a Business Support Analyst and play a crucial role in managing master data, supporting continuous improvement, and implementing IT systems.
What will you be doing?
- Managing and administering land-related databases.
- Translating business needs into IT requirement specifications.
- Coordinating with local and regional counterparts to ensure seamless IT changes.
- Updating and maintaining land freight IT processes and procedures.
- Providing regular quality status reports to land freight management.
- Designing performance reports with land and finance management to meet key performance indicators.
- Conducting user analysis testing on regional and global IT system developments.
Requirements
About You
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of systems and processes is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, DB2, Power Query, and Power BI is desirable but not essential.
