    APAC RHO/Subscription/AU

    • Maintain DB Schenker’s corporate identity in all collaterals coursed through the team (i.e., PowerPoint presentation decks, word documents, posters, flyers, etc.)
    • Serve as an editor in all materials, making sure everything is in correct and understandable English.
    • Create and/or enhance customer-facing reports. 
    • Create and/or enhance internal reports or performance monitoring tools.
    • Create any presentation from raw data, meeting notes, drafts, mind maps, etc.
    • Conduct desk research on any topic that would aid the requesting department in developing their business.
    • Create and analyze trade lanes to provide insights on freight movement and business opportunities.
    • Support the Sales & Sales Planning departments in any customer-facing material.
    • Maintain the internet and intranet pages of the subscribing party, through constant updates on pages and content.
    • Write and/or proofread press releases, news articles, crisis communication materials, as needed.
    • Help maintain the corporate language in newsletters and other written collaterals.
    • Create visuals (logos, diagrams, etc.) for any product or event, as requested.
    • Perform minor edits or touch-ups on existing photos.
    • Create and/or enhance posters, brochures and flyers while maintaining the company’s design principle.
    • Maintain an internal library of data, collaterals, photos, and presentations.
    • Documenting internal controls in support of auditing team
    • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality.
    • Responsible for creating/updating standard process manuals/other work documentation when required.
    • Participate actively on all required team meetings.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers.
    • Social Media management
    • Compliance with the work procedures & data privacy
    • Daily Huddle board updates

     

     

    CMS (APAC, MEA, EU, Americas) including the Global Head Office

    • Maintain DB Schenker’s external websites through the use of CoreMedia.
    • Serve as an editor in all materials, making sure everything is in correct and understandable English.
    • Create and/or enhance existing pages. 
    • Analyze the requestors expectation and create execute the task accurately.
    • Help maintain the corporate language in the materials given before releasing it into the website.
    • Perform minor edits or touch-ups on existing photos.
    • Support on other ad hoc tasks such as monitoring, peer checking, reports and updating of databases.
    • Back up in re-creating PowerPoint slides maintaining DB Schenker’s corporate branding. 
    • Documenting internal controls in support of auditing team
    • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality.
    • Responsible for creating/updating standard process manuals/other work documentation when required.
    • Participate actively on all required team meetings.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers.
    • Compliance with the work procedures & data privacy

    PRD US

    • Create QBR and MBR presentations based on the data provided by Customer Automation
    • Consolidate and analyze reports to be included in the presentation.
    • Maintain DB Schenker’s corporate identity in all collaterals coursed through the team (i.e., PowerPoint presentation decks, etc.)
    • Maintain the internet and intranet pages of the subscribing party, through constant updates on pages and content.
    • Serve as an editor in all materials, making sure everything is in correct and understandable English.
    • Create and/or enhance customer-facing reports through clear visuals of raw data provided. 
    • Create and/or enhance internal reports or performance monitoring tools.
    • Conduct desk research on any topic that would aid the stakeholder’s department in developing their business.
    • Maintain an internal library of data, collaterals, photos, and presentations. 
    • Documenting internal controls in support of auditing team
    • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality.
    • Responsible for creating/updating standard process manuals/other work documentation when required.
    • Participate actively on all required team meetings.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers.
    • Compliance with the work procedures & data privacy

    • Has good oral and written communication skills and must be able to communicate/collaborate virtually and in person with internal teams.
    • Has excellent presentation and layout skills.
    • Is adaptable, flexible and enjoys working in a team environment.
    • Shows ownership and initiative. 
    • Displays enthusiasm to support the team whenever/wherever necessary – sometimes above normal work hours and listed tasks as well as under time pressure.
    • Has prior experience in an advertising agency, within new business / business development is a bonus.
    • Experience in website management is a plus but not required.
    • Basic knowledge in editing platforms such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, GIMP, and others.
    • Experience in creating QBR and MBR presentations based on given reports is a plus.  
    • Experience in lay outing PowerPoint presentations is a plus.
