The position
We are looking for an Import Forwarder for our Air Freight location at Schiphol. As a Forwarder you provide the best air freight solutions for our customers.
- You will get started with the following activities:
- You develop and maintain contacts about transports with potential and existing internal customers, foreign branches, and partners
- You contact customers regarding, among other things, defects, delays, and damage and propose solutions that are acceptable to all parties
- You are responsible for invoicing shipments
- You take care of the planning and routing of shipments
- You ensure timely and correct transmission of papers, documents and information to other departments, agents, and branches
Απαιτήσεις
Requirements
- A least MBO working and thinking level
- Good command of the English language, spoken and written
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Good communication and commercial skills, a proactive attitude
