Igniting Inclusion! Our second annual Ignite Summit was a beacon of inspiration, learning, and community building within DB SCHENKER and beyond.
March 4-8, 2024
Hosting an array of 22 distinguished speakers from both inside and outside our organization, we were thrilled to elevate last year's experience even further. Our agenda was brimmed with opportunities to engage, learn, grow, and of course, have fun! The week featured a dynamic mix of sessions tailored not just to drive inclusion, but also to foster and further develop allies, inspire your self-expression, and build a vibrant community across the world.

A brief re-cap of the 2024 Ignite Summit
The week kicked-off with good vibes and a live DJ set direct from South Africa, setting the tone for an unforgettable Summit. We deep dived into thought-provoking panel discussions - with one illuminating the path to leadership, the other delving into the intricate balance of parenting in the corporate world. Potential were unlocked and the art of setting boundaries was mastered, invaluable tips on crafting a genuine online persona absorbed by both speakers and participants. Public speaking skills to shine even brighter were sharpened and in a groundbreaking workshop on managing mental load, led by a renowned expert in the field, the audience had ample opportunity to engage.
This summit attracted everyone with all genders attending. As a highlight, at the end of the week, we celebrated International Women's Day together!
As we can't get enough of the great line-up of speakers and the exciting program pulled together for this event, we are motivated to keep our agenda available and encourage you to use this as a point of reflection.
