The VoloDrone is a fully electric heavy-lift cargo drone that can transport a 200-kilogram payload up to 40 kilometers, with 18 rotors and motors powering the electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. It took off for the world’s first public test flight in Hamburg, Germany, demonstrating what the supply chain of the future could look like in a three-minute test flight.
