- Activate / Create import shipments in system.
- Update arrival details information
- Receive Carrier Arrival notice.
- Create/send Schenker Arrival Notice to
- Request cargo release (D/O, pick-up number, invoice from Carrier)
- Communicate with internal customs clearance department or external brokerage and stakeholders.
- Confirm HBL surrender.
- Shipment tracking and event updates.
- Upload documents to ODM
- Verify/update reserves for any additional accessorial charges.
- To adhere to stakeholders’ requirements
- To contribute Kaizen and process improvement projects/initiatives
- To do administrative, ad hoc and any tasks that are needed to accomplish team’s targets and objectives. These are assigned by direct supervisor.
- Handle and execute Healthcare/Pharma shipments (documentation) as per organizational guidelines, customer requirements and GDP Principles.
- Must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree in any Business Field
- Fresh graduates are accepted.
- Communicates effectively (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail
- Team Player
- Is able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Good coordination skills and task/process oriented.
- Flexible and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Has a logistics background.
- Understanding of sea freight Industry including basic freight forwarding knowledge such as INCOTERMS and interpretation of shipping documentation.
