Customer KPI and any other task assigned by superior
General Description
• Supervise à team of warehouse staff
• Ensure the Program meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity,
records and documentation retention
• Operate the program in a cost-effective manner whilst meeting all requirements
• Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime
• Customer complaint management
• Uphold inventory integrity
• Obtain feedback from program staff and customers for process evaluation and continuous
improvement
• Documentation of work instructions
• Conduct On-Job-Training (OJT)
• Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in data processing
Skills Required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical skills,
• Good MS Excel, PC knowledge and savvy IT skills
• Process oriented and a team player
Experience and Qualification
• Minimum Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Warehousing 3PL
