    Your responsibilities:

    • You will be responsible for managing and developing assigned Key Accounts, and the complex external and internal relationships necessary to do so. In addition, you will run a planning of target customers. 
    • You serve as a central contact for the customer’s Southeast Europe Organization, develop and maintain strategic relationships with those responsible for logistics and procurement. 
    • You will conduct regular customer meetings and drive strategy mapping, account penetration, business improvement initiatives. 
    • You will be responsible for establishing of a functional and operational Account Team in the respective countries of Southeast Europe. 
    • You will lead and coordinate the annual Budget- und development planning process for your assigned Customers.
    • You will work closely with all pertinent internal business units and country organizations to ensure aligned business development, consistent service and growth. 
    • You will coordinate tender planning and all related activities to ensure execution and implementation by the organization. 
    • You ensure complete documentation of relevant information in our internal CRM-System by documenting progress, opportunities and all account-related activities.

    Your profile: 

    • Strong Key Account Management skills are required to establish strategy and direction, including developing a vision for future business with the accounts, developing strategies to drive changes required to achieve the vision. 
    • Several years of professional experience in Key Account Management across several modes of transport, Contract Logistics and in the support of major customers
    • Ideally completed studies with focus on transport and logistics or sales 
    • Strong English language skills, additional languages are of advantage
    • Very good MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint…) 
    • Strong analytical skills & problem-solving capabilities 
    • Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as strong team player
    • Active listener and excellent communicator/facilitator/presenter
    • Consumer & Retail background is an advantage
    • Willingness to travel

    For the position described we offer a minimum salary of EUR 50,000.00 (gross) per annum. An extra salary component that conforms to the current salary structure on the market will also be offered in line with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
