    1. Run compliance check against corporate and legal guidelines
    2. Run compliance check against destination country ocean freight SOP
    3. Ensure valid quotation for Shipper is in place
    4. Continuously obtain adequate shipping volume forecast information from Shipper and maintain this information at all time – as applicable
    5. Receive volume forecast information from Destination Office and overlay with Shipper's volume forecast - as applicable
    6. Continuously provide Shipper's volume forecast information to Export Operations Team and Destination Office
    7. Handle continuous pre-shipment status follow-up with Shipper and inform Destination office - as applicable
    8. Receive booking request from Shipper or Destination Office
    9. Qualify booking request details against customer service agreement and current market conditions
    10. Request and receive VGM details from Shipper - as applicable
    11. Relay VGM details to Export Documentation Team
    12. Request and receive pickup instructions from Shipper and relay to Operations Team
    13. Request update from MDM Team (Master Data Management) as applicable
    14. Capture Shipper's booking request in TMS (TANGO) for file creation - as applicable
    15. Initiate credit check for Shipper and follow up on credit issues with Finance Team
    16. Evaluate requested routing, equipment availability and enter preferred carrier routing into TMS (TANGO)
    17. Handle 'telex release' procedure according to ocean freight SOP - as applicable
    18. Facilitate communication between Customer and Export Customs Team - as applicable
    19. Receive and/or upload relevant Customer documents to digital archive (ODM) - as applicable
    20. Notify Export Documentation Team of any changes required to draft B/L
    21. Evaluate and ensure shipment profitability
    22. Generate operational reporting for Customer - as applicable
    23. Ensure compliance with Customer specific KPI's - as applicable
    24. Verify and create income reserves and cost accruals in TMS (TANGO)
    25. Manage document exchange counter - as applicable
    26. Perform other ocean freight related administrative tasks e.g. physical file archiving - as applicable
    27. Receive and/or upload relevant documents to digital archive (ODM) - as applicable
    1. Support a positive and attractive working atmosphere/environment
    2. Act in a manner which increases Customer satisfaction and loyalty, maximizes shipment profitability and decreases operating expenses
    3. Promote a paperless, digital office environment utilizing all modern communication methods and electronic tools provided by DB Schenker
    4. Support a positive, attractive working atmosphere and office environment
    5. Explore upsell opportunities with the Shipper (involve Sales Team - as applicable)
    6. Creating of- and pricing for solutions covering ocean freight services to potential and current Customers
    7. Administrative activity of delivering quotations to potential and current Customers 
    8. Follow-up with potential and current Customers about quotations made 
    9. Request involvement of Sales Team for additional follow-up actions on quotations made - as applicable- as applicable
