Operations Assistant - Contract Logistics/SCM, Operations

• Perform cargo loading and unloading functions.
• Conduct physical verification and tallying against documents, and perform surface inspections upon cargo receiving or delivery.
• Store cargo in the proper location assigned and at the correct warehouse zone.
• Issue cargo based on the pick ticket.
• Ensure retrieval of goods is based on location, part number, quantity, and pallet ID stated in the pick ticket.
• Perform general housekeeping and ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure all work and duties are performed in accordance with the SOPs and process compliance.
• Ensure proper system transactions to tally with goods movement.
• Support physical inventory and internal cycle counts as required.

• Minimum PMR (Passed), SPM preferred.
• Knowledge of warehousing/logistics background preferred.
• Must be able to speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Must be able to write good Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good mathematical skills are required.
