Must-Have Skills and relevant experience
· Successfully completed commercial or technical professional training in information technology
· Experience in the role of a Service Coordinator or Project manager in IT Network/ SD-Wan is a plus.
· Knowledge of ITIL practices, knowledge in project management would be advantage.
· Strong organizational skills in managing priorities.
· Experience in handling hardware/software rollouts.
· Confident handling of ticket systems (e.g. Service Now), knowledge of Ariba is a plus.
· Very good knowledge of Excel
· Structured, independent, solution-oriented, and efficient way of working
· Analytical thinking and fast comprehension
· Strongly developed self-organization skills and self-motivation
· High customer orientation
· Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and high-performance orientation.
· Excellent English language skills in written and spoken, additionally German would be an advantage.
· Experience with O365 applications.

· Developing reports and dashboards using Power BI
· Earlier worked in SD WAN rollout and transition projects.
Education and Experience
· Degree(s) required: Bachelor’s in computer science/IT or equivalent.
· Experience: 6+ years of experience in PMO/SMO, IT support, Infrastructure rollout projects. SD WAN rollout experience would be added advantage.
