What we expect from you: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline. * Proven experience in a similar HSSE role, preferably in a multinational organization. * Knowledge of local and international HSE and security regulations, standards, and best practices. * Strong understanding of risk management principles and the ability to apply them effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at various levels of the organization and in different countries in EMEA * Experience in conducting investigations and preparing detailed incident reports. * Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies for improvement. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. * User Experience in relevant software and tools for data analysis, reporting, and documentation. * Flexibility to travel frequently to different sites within the region as required * Ideally, professional certifications in relevant areas such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) or similar. * Familiarity with business continuity planning and risk assessment methodologies is an advantage.
