- To supervise the overall customer service on their daily job functions.
- To coordinate and to interact with all parties namely the Customers, Suppliers, Vendors and warehouse operations.
- To accept any job responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
- To interact with internal team on any new customer requirement and coordinate the implementation with the operations
- At least a Diploma in relevant business or supply chain management studies
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
- IT Savy
