Assistant Manager - Contract Logistics/SCM, Analyst

The Assistant Manager (Data Analyst) will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting data within the supply chain function to drive efficiency and optimize operations. This position is responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making, tracking supply chain metrics, and providing actionable insights to senior management and key stakeholders. Job task: * To number crunch, & provide in-depth data analysis and validation, as & when required. * To fully automate diverse BUs scorecard reports, using Python, R, VBA, PowerAutomate. * To create & maintain multiple Power BI data visualisations for daily operations, KPIs metrics, and financial analysis. * To design PowerApps to collect data that is not available but beneficial to improve productivity, justify costs and spot anomalies. * To provide IT support/troubleshoot when platform malfunctions. * Participate & drive OPEX and CIP initiatives.

Qualification : * Education - at least diploma and/or degree holder. * Work experience - at least 1yr relevant experience in IT-related capacity/role. * Skills - Python, R, VBA, coding, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, Tableau * Strong experience in data analytics tools * Language - predominantly English. * Personal qualities - Critical thinking, problem-solving, strong work ethic. * Experience in managing team * Excellente communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data in an easy-to-understand manner. * Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
