    Your tasks

    For immediate start, we are looking for an experienced and energetic support for our department Airfreight Import in Luxembourg.

    • Monitoring and quality control of incoming shipments
    • Secure routing to the respective destination
    • The handling of incoming shipments, including customs clearance and document generation
    • Communication with customers and other business units
    • Selection and negotiation with carriers / road feeder service providers
    • Invoicing and Administration tasks
    • Shipment tracking and Claim handling
    • Customer Service This is not an exhaustive list - so you can expect a varied job.

    Requirements

    • Education in the field of forwarding and logistics
    • Experience in the field of air freight is an advantage
    • Good English and French knowledge spoken and written
    • Other languages are an advantage
    • Good knowledge of MS Office
    • Ability to work in a team
    • Willingness to work weekends, early and late shifts
    • Motivation, Team player, flexibility, organized
